Books Of Interest On Project Gutenberg and Elsewhere Online

Around oh, fifteen or twenty years ago, when I wasn't *cough* kinda old :D my teachers happily burbled "ooh project Gutenberg you can find any books you want on there!" At the time there was absolutely nothing on there worth reading. That has changed. In fact you can now read entire HTML texts and EPUB formats of books on there and it is legal and free. Here is where I will update the list of the ones I'm personally interested in reading, organized by subject. Since I'm interested in learning basically everything, then this is probably gonna cover a lot of subjects. I'll also try to post up the ones that I think you, the reader, could potentially find useful or interesting, in an attempt to make this as useful as possible. I make no claims as to if any of these are quality or crap or just weird. You decide!

RELIGION

• The Entire Qur'an I'm more inclined to fully read something someone bothered to copypaste on Reddit in its entirety than to blindly trust some random translation by someone who may or may not care about it, hence referencing this copypasta instead of a translation from Project Gutenberg or even Sacred Texts. Also, Project Gutenberg has this annoying tendency to choose translations that suck, as proven by the Meditations by Marcus Aurelius (honestly so bad they're painful), and several other books in my experience. That said, this is uh, long.

• Rustic Carpentry by Paul N. Hasluck In my reading of the Foxfire books and some other stuff I've forgotten, apparently the secret to making furniture without nails using just joinery and wooden pegs is to know which green woods cure and shrink, and which green woods expand as they cure. However I don't remember the kinds of wood or the details.
