The symbol of the movement is wearing the color yellow. It originated in other anti-authoritarian movements, notably in the Hong Kong protesters of China's government who carried yellow umbrellas in order to stand out among a crowd.

Copypasted from the Texas section: There are a wide variety of people in this state and in general claiming all sorts of reasons why they can't or shouldn't fully research who they vote, or do anything else about their civic participation. To discourage such people from being karma houdinis when it comes to social consequences, and to increase the likelihood of stuff like this actually happening, not to mention to increase the likelihood of government doing its job and not being total shit, spread awareness of how voting works, in FULL, everywhere and however you can. That way people can't keep claiming "Oh I didn't know," or "Oh I didn't have the time, I was too busy working" blah blah blah. It would also help a lot if this was you know, actually taught in school, but til then, here's what I found out. It's not the whole thing. I don't know all the answers and I want to find them. - 1/10/26
