Veterans Crisis Line (run by the VA; try others as well) help line for veterans in the US: dial 988 then press 1. Also a personal recommendation: if you are mentally in the weeds, go to the library. I know that sounds weird, but you can always find inspiration where you least expect it to make life suck at least a little less if you browse, find a book, read, muse on it. Online catalogs often let you make wishlists with a library card too, and you can build yourself a better life with that step by step

• Veterans Advantage Seems to be an aggregator of offers, where you can search for any business in the search bar to see if they offer discounts.

• My Base Guide Military Discounts Someone took the time to cherrypick the military discounts available for 2022. There's lots.

• VFW They do provide free assistance for a wide range of stuff
• American Legion Veterans Benefits Kick around on that website too because there is a lot on it
• Vet Tix Free tickets to entertaining stuff
• USA Cares Has a whole bunch of resources for vets. Since I am not one, I don't know how helpful it is.
• Military One Source Free counseling via phone, text, or online consultation. Again, don't know how helpful.
