It's generally easier to recommend ethical online shops than it is to recommend which ones to avoid, because the list of the latter (i.e. Nestle, Amazon, Walmart) is basically infinite. By ethical I mean the better choice for the planet, for the employees, for the product creators, and for any other ethical concerns that might be involved. I actually waffled about Walmart because I thought it may have been okay, but it supported ending democracy so that makes it worse than I originally thought. Nonetheless, if you must shop there due to lack of choice, you gotta do what you gotta do.
